Shipping policy

Orders and Processing:

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All orders include tracking with the option for SMS and/or email updates.

*Estimated shipping/delivery times do not include dispatch times

Domestic Shipping on all Australian orders:

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. To track your parcel, click on your tracking number which will take you through to Australia Post's tracking portal or you can enter the number here:

Standard domestic shipping 

Free for orders over $100 (Australia only) 

$9 fee for orders $100 and under. Shipping speed 2 - 8 business days 

Express domestic shipping (Australia only)

Free for orders over $150 (Australia only)

$12 fee for orders $150 and under. Optional for any orders made within Australia. Shipping speed 1 - 4 business days.

GST is included to the order total for all shipments within Australia.

International Shipping:

Orders sent via Australia Post’s international shipping service are shipped via a standard service. Once your order leaves Australia, it will be transferred to your local postal service for delivery. Tracking is provided on all orders. 

Most international orders will be received within 6-15 business days depending on the country where you are located. In some countries and territories this may take up to 30 business days from when your order has been fulfilled and shipped. 

Shipping delays may still occur where Australia has been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic and have reduce how frequently postal flights leave Australia. 

International standard shipping 

All international shippings costs are calculated at checkout - based on region. Standard international shipping is FREE for orders over $175.00 AUD in value!

In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within the delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted regarding your delivery by one of our shipping couriers, please get in touch with your local carrier to seek their most recent updates.

Custom Charges and Holds - Estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or holds.

Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country. BVLGE MENSWEAR does not take responsibility of any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these changes. Please note BVLGE MENSWEAR does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, please contact your local customs office.

Duties rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made.

Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by local customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties that apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises.

We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force major events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. 

BVLGE MENSWEAR cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

BVLGE Menswear cannot be responsible for lost or stolen parcels after they have been scanned as delivered. For any lost, stolen or mis-delivered orders, we require claims to be submitted directly with the shipping carrier and cannot guarantee resolution.

Items returned to sender:

Packages are generally marked as return-to-sender due to the following reasons:

  • There was an issue with the shipping address or postal code
  • The addressee does not live at the shipping address
  • The package was refused by the recipient when a delivery was attempted

If a package is returned to us, please allow 3-4 weeks for processing; you can always email us first if you notice any issues with your tracking and we will make a note of this on your order profile. If you wish to have an item re-lodged, we are happy to send it back out to you. Any shipping fee incurred during this process will be the buyers responsibility for which they will be invoiced for prior to the parcel being sent back to them to attempt another delivery.
